Police Investigating After the Late Mrs. Keneni Aduna Fell from Her Balcony
The Addis Ababa Police have announced that they are investigating the incident involving the late Mrs. Keneni Aduna, who fell from her balcony, and have taken her husband, singer Andualem Goshu, into custody for questioning.
Mrs. Keneni Aduna, a resident of the Wodase Building in front of the Sheshay Apartments in Lemi Kura Sub-City, Woreda 3, fell from the 5th-floor balcony of her home on the night of March 10, 2025, around 10:00 PM. She was rushed to Yekatit 12 Hospital for medical assistance but unfortunately passed away.
Upon receiving the report, the Addis Ababa Police formed an investigation team, collected technical and tactical evidence from the scene, and sent the deceased's body to Dagmawi Menelik Hospital for further examination.
At the time of the incident, the police took her husband, singer Andualem Goshu, into custody for questioning. The police have stated that the final investigation results will be made public and warned against spreading unverified information on social media, as it could negatively impact the investigation process. They urged individuals sharing false information to refrain from such actions.
