Photo Exhibition 'Craftsmanship in Ethiopia' Opens in Addis Ababa

A photo exhibition titled "Craftsmanship in Ethiopia," organized by the Ethiopian Press Agency, opened in Addis Ababa. The event highlights ancient craftsmanship, student innovations, and vocational achievements, with plans to expand to other cities.

The photo exhibition titled "Craftsmanship in Ethiopia," organized by the Ethiopian Press Agency (EPA), was inaugurated by the Minister of Labor and Skills, Muferihat Kamil.

The exhibition, held in Addis Ababa, showcases ancient craftsmanship foundations, works from summer camps and start-ups, machines built by students of the Federal Technical and Vocational Training Institute (FTVTI), and various technical and vocational achievements.

The opening ceremony was attended by Minister Muferihat Kamil, State Minister of Industry Tarekegn Bululta, State Minister of Labor and Skills Dr. Tesale Birecha, Mr. Daniel Teressa, Deputy Director General of FTVTI Tsedale Teklu, and invited guests.

The EPA's "About Ethiopia" platform has previously held discussions and forums on major national issues in 14 different cities. The second chapter of the platform was held in Butajira and Harar. The current event in Addis Ababa marks the third round of the second chapter. In total, the "About Ethiopia" platform has been held 17 times, including today's event.

The EPA's photo exhibition and panel discussion, part of the second chapter, are expected to continue in various cities across the country.
